Anea uses her car almost exclusively for the work of Casa Mea in Moldova. Casa Matei is nearly 3 hours drive from Chisinau and the roads in Moldova are poor and driving in winter difficult. The car is used to transport people who use wheelchairs, to transport food and goods needed for the 2 houses, as well as for camps and visiting disabled Christians in fairly remote villages.
The car has been twice round the clock and will need replacing sometime soon. Anea has not asked for a replacement, but the need is clear to those involved. The Missionary Committee have now established the fund.
We are grateful to the Lord and to all who gave so generously that the fund realized almost twice as much as what was needed. Norman Thomas reports that once the Gift Aid returns are made, £5,700 will have been raised, compared to the £3,000 that was originally required.
